24/7 tech support at DataPro Data Center:

  • 5 specialists for all data center systems during business hours
  • 1 engineer on duty at night and weekends
  • additional tasks performed at customer request

If you use the Colocation services at DataPro, you automatically receive the basic Colocation technical support package visual inspetion of equipment and standard server operations) in the amount of 36 hours a month.

For more demanding customers we provide an extended technical support package. It includes tasks performed on the equipment by on-duty engineers (installation/dismantling, diagnostics, memory space installation, hardware upgrades, etc.) and tasks performed on software by system administrators (testing for serviceability, installation and configuration of OS, applications and other network equipment).

Additionally all technical work can be performed under video surveillance upon customer request. This way you can receive reports about tasks completed by the data center specialists in real time.
